The feedback so far has been very encouraging, with one clinical study showing a reduction of 20.7lbs over 12 weeks - just under double the control group.  There have been some reports of stomach upset whilst taking xianzhisu capsule.  Being a relatively new diet pill it is maybe too soon to comment on any wide scale reported side effects.

Would we recommend it?

Well results are very encouraging so far. One very big issue for us thought is the cost - Appesat is not cheap!

Their Diet Plan recommends starting out with 3 tablets at a time for each meal. Over the duration of the 12 week course the number of tablets is reduced as you slowly start to reduce your intake. With this in mind there may be other more effective choices out there.
